An Island developer has put forward plans to build several new homes in Kirk Michael.
Dandara is looking to construct seven new properties on land off Douglas Road, which would also involve removing the Knock e Tholt property in the area.
If approved, it would also see a new road built to connect the properties with the A3 Douglas Road.
The organisation says the proposed development would be small enough to not be in or close to the Kirk Michael Conservation Area.
