Proposals for a 'glamping' location for tourists in St Johns have been submitted.
The plans are for three glamping pods in the garden of Apple Garth on Patrick Road.
The application is now pending consideration.
It comes following Colby FC putting forward plans for a glamping location to create accommodation for the Island's motorsport events.
