The fate of a former pub in Glen Maye could be sealed on Monday.
At 10am, the planning committee is due to sit at Murray House on Mount Havelock in Douglas.
Among the items it'll consider are proposals to build two homes on the former Waterfall Hotel on Shore Road.
The development is earmarked for approval in a planning report.
