Planners will consider proposals to turn part of a huge site in Ramsey into a car showroom next week.
The planning committee is due to sit on Monday, June 8 - and will look at an application to transform part of the former Ramsey Bakery on Station Road.
Car company Motor X, based in the town, wants to turn two units into sales space.
Planning officers have recommended the development be given the go-ahead.
