Parts of Noble's Hospital will see power outages as electrical systems are upgraded.
Manx Care says three zones will be out of power, with lights and equipment needing external generators and a mobile CT scanner used in the Emergency Department.
The organisation says the planned power cuts will take place tonight and Thursday as well as July 1 from 9pm until 1am.
It's asking people to be aware there may be cables in wards and corridors.
