A shop in Port Erin could be converted into a pizza restaurant, if planners approve a new application.
Rumen Yuriev, of North Quay in Douglas, has applied to transform the unit in Orchard walk on Bridson Street.
If the planning application is successful the business would open from 5pm to 10pm Sunday to Thursday and until 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
Mr Yuriev says under the terms of his lease with Port Erin Commissioners, who own the shop, he'd provide litter patrols to make sure rubbish isn't left outside his business.
