Secondary school teacher training will be offered on the Isle of Man from September.
The International Qualified Teacher Status Programme will be delivered in local schools by the Department of Education in partnership with Warwick University.
There will be five spaces in the subjects of English, maths and science on the one-year pilot scheme, with the tuition fees covered by the government.
