A photographer says he’s heartbroken after being told he can’t open an arts and therapy facility in the south of the Island.
Steve Babb had been working to open Haven Studios in a centuries-old farm building in Derbyhaven.
He’d planned to open later this month – but on Facebook today he claims the Department of Infrastructure has effectively pulled the plug on the project.
Steve says the move’s let him wondering what to with the self-funded project.
