Increasing petrol prices have been attributed to a rise in the rate of inflation on the Isle of Man.
It now stands at one per cent - that's up from 0.9 per cent in October.
The upward inflationary pressure has been caused by rising prices within transport and recreation and culture.
According to the statistics released by the Manx Government fuel prices are at their highest since the middle of 2015 - air fare prices have also increased for the Christmas and New Year period.
