A Douglas woman is calling for the Island to introduce new laws to find out about sex offenders.
Kimberley Parker says she wants to see Sarah's Law - named for murdered schoolgirl Sarah Payne - on the Isle of Man, and has launched an online petition.
In England and Wales, parents, carers or guardians can ask police to tell them if someone has a record for child sex offences.
