A petition has been set up calling for all gender identities to be recognised in the Isle of Man Equality Act.
It's been created by Manx Bard Owen Atkinson and the Manx Youth Bard, with hopes that everyone, regardless of gender identity, can be protected by the law.
Currently, the Island's Equality Act only protects those who change sex, which disregards a number of residents who don't identify as male or female.
As Tynwald will only accept a physical petition, you can contact Owen if you wish to sign it.
