An online petition is calling for the Isle of Man to go carbon-neutral in the next three years.
Set up this week by lobbyist Dr Henry Uniacke, the change.org petition says the Island has 4,000 square kilometres of territorial waters, making it an ideal place to generate wind power.
It calls for an offshore wind farm to be built off the East coast and claims it's the only renewable resource the Island can count on.
