Onchan Pensioners Social Club has been awarded almost £2,000 towards its renovation project.
The club, which offers friendship and support to residents over 50, will use the money to install new loft insulation.
Treasurer Brian Whitehead says this will reduce their heating costs and improve the overall efficiency of the building.
The grant is from the Manx Lottery Trust's Smaller Grants Programme.
