A vet in Peel has applied for permission to open for longer.
Milan Veterinary Practice has applied to vary a planning condition on its Crown Street premises in the sunset city.
In its application, the company says it wants to open from Monday to Friday from 8am to 6.30pm as well as 8am to 1pm on Saturdays.
Currently, the clinic can only open for a total of nine hours a week.
