Peel Town Commissioners have issued a statement in response to comments from a member hitting out at the board on social media, calling them inaccurate.
Commissioner Katryna Baptist recently posted a video to Facebook claiming there are problems within the board, including allegedly not publishing meeting minutes.
The local authority's now insisted there are no issues with transparency or governance, and Mrs Baptist could have raised her issues through proper procedures.
Commissioners add they unanimously voted to remove Mrs Baptist from committee roles, citing disruptive behaviour - with a website glitch stopping minutes from being published now being fixed.
They go on to say her allegations and social media post will now be part of an internal investigation.
