Peel coastguard was called out this week after someone fell off Glenfaba Bridge.
A full team, alongside paramedics went to the scene on Tuesday afternoon just after 2pm.
The casualty had fallen off Glenfaba Bridge near Peel onto the Heritage trail, injuring themselves in the process.
Once stabilised they were transferred to the ambulance and taken to Noble's Hospital.
Teams were back at the station ready for the next callout by 3.30pm.
