Patrick Commissioners has two new members on its board after a string of resignations at the end of last year.
An uncontested election meant Leo Cussons and Gordon Clague have joined the local authority, leaving one seat remaining.
The candidates were elected on Wednesday, and will sit on the board for their first meeting next month.
Three commissioners resigned last December after a report by the previous Tynwald Commissioner for Administration found decisions made by the authority amounted to ‘maladministration’.
It also found ‘Commissioner X’ had carried out work he wasn’t ‘authorised’ to.
