Passenger watchdog waiting for news on User Agreement

TravelWatch says the expected renegotiation of the User Agreement will keep it 'on its toes' this year.

The Department of Infrastructure is currently considering how to safeguard ferry services to and from the Island - the current deal is set to expire in 2020.

At the end of last year it launched a public consultation - those responses are expected to shape the approach to any new arrangement.

Brendan O'Friel is the chairman of the passenger watchdog and says he's hoping more details will be made public soon:
