Organiser Ray Cox is emphasising that entries won't be accepted after Sunday May15th for the 85mile challenge.

Ray Cox the Parish Walk organiser emphasised the importance of entering on time. 'Unfortunately, due to the high numbers involved we are not able to accept late entries after 15th May. We are hoping for a record entry of over 2,000 competitors this year so let’s wait and see if we can make it.' (audio above)

At 1PM today (Thursday) 903 people had signed up.

The Scottish Widows Parish Walk takes place on 25-26 June, at 8am from the NSC in Douglas.
