That's the message from an internet security expert after the NSPCC claimed cyber-bullying has risen by 88 per cent in the last five years.
Colin Tansley of Douglas-based Intelect Solutions says the report, which kicks off anti-bullying week this week, should be food for thought for parents.
He says there are some simple things mums and dads can do to help:
