 
                            Gas customers say they've been told they're being moved to paperless bills by Island Energy.
A number have taken to Facebook saying they feel forced into making the change, which they don't want.
They say the company has been sending emails over the past couple of days to inform people.
Social media posts also claim they've been told there'll be a £2.50 charge for staying with paper bills in future.
