Pair accused of wasting police time to stand trial

A man and a woman from Douglas have denied wasting police time after an appearance before magistrates.

40-year-old Susan Moore and Daniel Andrews, who's 27, are said to have committed the offence on June 13th.

At Douglas Courthouse yesterday both pleaded not guilty to making false reports tending to suggest an offence had been committed.

They were bailed to appear in court again on February 9th next year for a pre-trial review before they stand trial.
