Clarkson Family To Have Privacy Respected, But Ultimately PROWL Come Out On Top
The outcome has been determined finally in the Clarkson Public Right of Way land dispute.
Although the new ruling will, to a point, ensure the Clarkson’s privacy, ultimately the outcome is more of a victory for campaign group PROWL.
The Inspector who conducted the research into the rights of way, Mr Hickey, determined practically every path to be a public right of way.
The clear red lines indicate a path that has been now officialy defined as a public right of way, the dotted lines were not found
to be rights of way.

Infrastructure Minister David Anderson who was Transport Minister throughout the enquiry said the investigation was essential in delivering a clearly defined map of where the public rights of way are.
He went onto say that there are still some positives for the Clarkson family that have come of the enquiry.
