The Department of Education, Sport and Children says only 11 students took GCSE Manx last year.
The figures have been released in response to a Freedom of Information request about the number of exams taken and passed at the Island's secondary schools.
Only two institutions - Ballakermeen and QE2 - had students who sat GCSE Manx.
The figures show all those who sat the exam achieved a grade C or higher result.
