A Douglas man who bought sportswear online using someone else's bank card will be sentenced next month.
23-year-old Ben Crowe appeared at Douglas Courthouse last week where he pleaded guilty to handling stolen goods and possession of cannabis resin.
On February 19th a woman reported the loss of her mobile phone and bank cards - her bank confirmed online transactions had already been carried out including one with JD Sports.
Police traced the order and found it was due to be delivered to Crowe's address - they searched his flat on February 23rd where they recovered the iPhone and also found the Class B substance.
Social enquiry reports have been requested before he's sentenced on June 21st.
