Firefighters were called into action in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The Fire and Rescue Service says a car crashed on the Mountain Road, near the Mountain Mile, and had left the road.
One person had to be cut from the vehicle and the occupants were taken to Noble’s Hospital.
Nobody is believed to have been seriously injured in the incident.
