One of the Island’s oldest charitable organisations has had to cut jobs due to the economic downturn.
The Manx Foundation for the Physically Disabled is getting rid of eight members of staff as they can no longer afford to operate its home care service.
They charity are working with social services to ensure that alternative arrangements can be made.
