Residents of Onchan will be able to ask questions directly to their commissioners in future.
A a recent meeting the board considered a motion from Dr Scott Wilson for a system to be put in place.
Board members unanimously backed the moves, saying it would improve transparency, accessibility, and public engagement in their decision-making.
The scheme will be trialled for three months.
