A number of new appointments were made last night at Onchan Commissioners.
Zara Lewin is continuing on as leader for a second year whilst Fenella Logan joins her in the deputy role.
There were also two spoilt ballots.
Ms Lewin was nominated alongside Robin Turton for the role of chair, but she was elected by the board three votes to one:
