The OFT is warning the public of a potential fault with a plug adaptor being sold locally by a cleaning company.
A potential electric shock hazard has been found in a Kleeneze universal plug adaptors.
The problem is only associated with the adaptors sold between February and June.
Anyone who has one of these items, which are also stamped with the number '931L', has been asked to stop using it immediately and to keep it out of reach of children.
