OFT say Bay Festival Ltd dealing with platinum and gold tickets for Elton John gig

The Office of Fair Trading has confirmed that the Platinum and Gold Hospitality tickets for Thursdays Elton John concert have been sent to the Isle of Man Bay Festival Ltd.

Concert promoters Marshall Arts Ltd have said they’re not responsible for delivery of the hospitality element of the package, saying that duty remains with the Bay Festival organisers.

The promoter’s understanding is that the company will contact the purchasers of the Hospitality Packages directly to provide both the seat ticket and details of the hospitality arrangements.
