The Island's police have seized three vehicles since the start of the Manx Grand Prix.
Over the weekend a car was found to be two years out of tax, resulting in its seizure and the owner facing court in the future.
The Roads Policing Unit also stopped a 4x4 towing a trailer which appeared to be 'lacking a bit of TLC.'
As a result, they were seized pending an investigation at the Test Centre, with the driver also arrested after failing a drug wipe test.
Lastly, a driver was stopped for being on their phone and found to have no insurance, so will now face court and has had the car taken.
Officers ask that drivers ensure their vehicles are fit for the road.
