The facility says customers should bring some form of identification to prove they live in Ballaugh, Lezayre, Garff, Andreas, Jurby or Ramsey.
It comes after Bride Commissioners said they'd no longer use or pay for the site.
It's hoped this restriction will be short lived and a resolution can be found moving forward, with members of the public asked to be respectful to staff.
