Police are currently dealing with a crash at the main entrance to Noble's Hospital, after a truck turned on its side.
Manx Care says the front entrance will remain closed for the rest of the day.
The car park is accessible as normal, with patients, visitors and staff advised to use the A&E entrance to access the hospital.
Buses are also currently unable to access the main shelter and hospice.
