No Tynwald member has been punished for failing to declare interests in more than 20 years, it's been revealed.
A Freedom of Information request to the Office of the Clerk of Tynwald asked about the register of member's interests, set up in 2003.
MHKs and MLCs can be suspended if they're found to have breached the rules - and election law says MHKs could face being recalled.
In its response, the Office said no member had faced sanctions since the register was founded.
