Police say an armed police deployment in Ramsey was an isolated incident.
Officers responded to an incident in Albert Street in Ramsey in the early hours of Sunday morning.
On Facebook, police say a man surrendered at around 09.30am and was taken into custody.
They add the public are not at risk.
