A second attempt to find out if UK nationals who move to the Isle of Man are immigrants or not has been thrown out by the Cabinet Office.
A Freedom of Information request was sent to the body in April asking it to confirm people from the UK aren't immigrants when they move here.
That request was refused because it wasn't a valid FOI - and a month later, the same person asked the same question in a new submission.
The Cabinet Office says the new request is nearly identical to the first and so it's unable to respond to it.
