Mums-to-be in Peel won't be able to book antenatal appoints through the town's GP practice from next month.
On Facebook, the Jane Crookall Maternity Unit says expectant mums in the Sunset City will have to book midwife appointments through the community midwives office.
The changes will take effect from Monday, October 6.
