A review into the Island's healthcare service will cost more than £300,000.
The figure was revealed in Tynwald this week in reply to a question for written answer.
Rushen MHK Juan Watterson asked Health and Social Care Minister David Ashford how much the West Midlands Quality Review service has cost the department so far.
Mr Ashford said it had cost almost £226,000 but the most recent review will cost another £80,000.
