New plans have been put forward to build 10 new homes in the heart of Ramsey.
Wardsley Ltd. is looking to demolish the existing buildings at the Caines Yard site on Shipyard Road to accommodate as well as creating associated roads, parking and landscaping.
Original plans to develop the area by company were rejected in April last year for reasons including the potential visual impact on the area and possible issues with increased traffic.
Wardsley says the altered proposals would address these matters - if approved, the development would consist of a terrace of six two-bed properties and another terrace for four three-bed dwellings.
