A new law will come into force next month to help the Island catch fraudsters.
The law will take effect from the November 1.
The Fraud Act 2017 was introduced by the Department of Home Affairs to bring the Island into line with global standards.
The legislation modernises the measures to combat fraud and offences such as aiding and abetting and conspiracy.
