Former Onchan MHK David Quirk is out of Manx politics.
He's represented the area since 2006 but failed to secure his seat in the constituency last night after polling 822 votes.
Voters instead chose Rob Callister and Julie Edge as the two MHKs to take the area forward for the next five years.
Commissioner Mr Callister topped the poll with 1,272 votes - speaking before the election result he told 3FM why he wanted the job:
Mrs Edge, who was a Liberal Vannin Party candidate, secured 953 votes to take the second spot.
