The route joins existing direct flights to Majorca and the Costa del Sol, which will operate again next year.
BA CityFlyer, a subsidiary of British Airways will operate the flights using the Embraer 190 aircraft, with an estimated flight time of three hours.
Flights will go on sale from 10am tomorrow.
