Douglas Council has backed a plan to build a new cycle lane through the capital's golf course.
The Regeneration and Community committee says it's backing new plans after rejecting Department of Infrastructure proposals last year.
New plans feature a three-metre wide path with a fence between cyclists and the golf course.
The DOI will begin work once planning permission has been granted.
