Douglas and Onchan are next on the list for 20mph speed limits as the government continues its all-island residential speed limit project.
The Department of Infrastructure says workers will start preparing to install signs next week.
A map of the new 20mph areas will be published this week, and the new limits will be monitored.
The DOI says a default 20 mph limit for residential routes would create safer, more inclusive streets and foster community engagement.
