Enterprise Minister Tim Johnston says his department has backed buy local schemes to the tune of almost £42,000 this year.
He faced the final question for written answer of this parliament, when Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse asked about support for schemes encouraging people to spend in Manx shops.
Mr Johnston said there wasn't one over-arching initiative, but three had so far been held this year.
He said the Love Manx Christmas, the Isle of Man Food and Drink Christmas campaign, and Manx Menu March had cost a total of £41,496.
