Interacting with the wild is a great way to keep people 'grounded and healthy'.
That's according to the Manx Wildlife Trust which has been creating a new outdoor play area in Ramsey.
The charity has built a fort in a clearing in Claughbane Plantation above Elfin Glen - volunteers are also starting to grow a wild maze in the area for children to explore.
