An Island mum has shared her anger on social media after youngsters practiced what to do if someone opens fire at school.
On Facebook, she says her child went to school in Douglas for their first day back last Wednesday.
But when they returned home, they revealed they'd practiced hiding under desks during an active shooter drill.
She criticised the exercise, saying they instill fear in children whose mental health is already poor.
