Manx Telecom is warning people not to fall for scammers who claim to be from the company.
MT took to Facebook after a number of people contacted it about phone calls they'd had asking for bank details.
The company says it never makes surprise phone calls about phone bills, and will ask customers to call it back.
It says if you receive such a call, you should hang up and ignore it.
