Could a customer support hub open at Manx Telecom Headquarters to help those experiencing broadband problems?
It's one of the ways Manx Telecom is hoping to assist those unable to connect to the Internet.
It comes following the telecoms firm first experiencing an outage at 5pm on Monday - which is yet to be resolved.
MT says as some customers have been without broadband services for some time, it's looking at ways to support those most in need.
This would include measures such as opening up a customer support hub and providing emergency mobile data SIM cards.
